Return Policy for Beauty, Fashion & Fitness products:
Important Notice: The return center is closed between 11/30 to 12/9. If you are sending a return during this period, your return will credited on 12/9. However, you may also email customercare@3X3FIT.com with your tracking number. In this case your return will be credited with-in 1-2 business days of receipt.
Please include a copy of your packing slip or reference your order number, name and email, along with phone number.
Return Address can be found on your packing slip. Top left corner. Or, email customercare@3x3FIT.com for one of two addresses for returns (MN or FL).
Beauty Products: All beauty products are final sale.
Bra and clothing returns are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of receipt and will be refunded 100% including outbound shipping. All returns must be unworn with any tags attached. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receipt, however can take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on the Credit Card.
Fitness equipment & products: Returns are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of receipt and will be credited merchandise price less 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt, however, can take up to 5-7 business days to reflect on the Credit Card. 3X3FIT BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL: You may opt to return or keep the Eye'm Beautiful Eye Creme gift, however, $29 will be deducted from your refund if you choose not to return it.
Subscription Management: Please contact CustomerCare@3X3FIT.com if you would like to PAUSE, change your billing/ship date or cancel subscription.
Auto-Ship Cancellation or Pause Process (or change your ship date): Simply contact CustomerCare@3X3FIT.com two days prior to your subscription date. If your product was processed prior to receiving cancellation/pause notification, no funds will be returned.
